"The size of the land of Quezon City is one-fourth of the whole Metro Manila, and size means space." Quezon City Mayor Maria Josefina G. Belmonte said this during the Quezon City Investors Summit 2022 last week. This event was held aiming to attract investors, business leaders and traders, different business networks, and government officials to work together, create new and thriving communities in the said city. 

The city has also been recognized as the "richest city" in the Philippines as of October 2022, with a total asset value of PHP 451 billion, surpassing Makati City. 

Investors are now interested in the city's economic standing and in forgoing massive developments to improve traffic, logistics, and trade. One of these developments is the repair of parts of 8 major roads (EDSA NB Quezon City after Boni Serrano flyover, EDSA SB Quezon City (Balingasa Creek, C-5 Road Pasig City truck lane, C-5 Road Brgy. Bagong Ilog, Fairview Avenue, Cloverleaf EDSA NB, Roosevelt Avenue, and Payatas Road). The city has also been developing a bike lane network throughout the city with the latest addition along Quezon Avenue near Quezon Memorial Circle.
